It is your responsibility to verify and ensure that any name generated does not infringe on existing trademarks or intellectual property in your jurisdiction.

04.Payments & Refunds (Digital Content)

Payments are processed via our authorized third-party payment processors. In accordance with digital product regulations (such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive regarding digital content), you acknowledge that once the AI has begun its processing and generation task, the service is deemed "performed" and **all sales are final and non-refundable.**
