The Bold Lemon provides digital assets and AI-generated creative content. Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate fulfillment of AI processing, **all sales are final.**
02.No Refunds for "Performed" Services
Our services involve the immediate invocation of Artificial Intelligence computational resources. In accordance with digital product regulations (such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive), you expressively agree that the service is deemed "fully performed" once the generation of names has commenced.
03.Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the case of a verified technical failure where the service was not rendered at all due to our internal system error. In such rare cases, please contact our support team within 24 hours.
